Nobody more fully understands what you are going through than our in-house wedding expert Pauline Timmins and her team of experienced wedding professionals here at Deli-Licious. The fact is that most people who are planning a wedding have never before been responsible for coordinating such a large event. So many details, so many things to know, so much unfamiliar territory! Who is Pauline Timmins?
Pauline is a professional wedding consultant with extensive experience in a far reaching range of sectors of the wedding industry, and is well versed in all aspects of wedding planning. Brides she works with affectionately call her the 'Etiquette Queen' for the unfailing advice she dispenses where matters of "social correctness" are concerned. She is also well known for her creative money saving secrets for beautiful weddings, and for her endless supply of creative ideas for making one's wedding more memorable, unique, and personalized. If ever there was a walking, talking encyclopaedia of wedding information, Pauline Timmins is it!

Top Tips
Even if you do not choose Deli-Licious Catering as your caterer here are Pauline’s top tips for choosing a caterer –
- Get Referrals - A good place to start looking for a caterer is right in your own backyard. Ask your married friends, family and co-workers for referrals. When you're interviewing your caterer, ask him/her to supply you with references. If the caterer refuses your request, it may be a good idea to leave and go onto the next interview.
- Budget - The main thing you must consider is your budget. Before meeting with your caterer know exactly how much money you can afford to spend. A good caterer is creative and will gladly work with you to make sure you can stick to that budget.
- Flexibility - Is your caterer flexible? Does he/she listen to your ideas and concerns? Will the caterer serve special food for guests with dietary restrictions such as vegetarians, and people with food allergies? Would the caterer be willing to cook a special family dish? If you have a theme to your wedding will they accommodate your requests?
- Taste Testing the Food - Most caterers will allow you to sample the planned dishes. This is very important as you do not want any surprises at your reception.
- Servers - Does the caterer provide waiter and waitresses? You will need approximately one server for every ten guests. Also you should ask what kind of clothes the wait staff will wear. Are you allowed to make wardrobe requests?
